On voyage! Playful immersion for mini-voyageurs

from $100.00

Are you and your kids getting ready for travel this summer?

Several of the families I am working with are, so let’s get the kids together and practice.

We will play with the language, learn handy words, act out scenes, sing songs, read simple books... all in French with a little English mixed in for support.

I picture this being a combination of group classes and on-on-one lessons.

From April to mid-June, we will meet ±5 times for 45 minutes on Zoom for an interactive time together every other week or so. It will likely be on the weekend but possibly during the week (likely Monday afternoon/evening). Take part in the poll to weigh in on times that work for you, especially as you are all in different time zones. We may have two sections - one geared towards lower elementary and one towards upper elementary or older. We’ll see.

On weeks where we don’t have a group class, I will do mini one-on-one sessions so there’s more regularity and things can be tailored to each child. This is most likely on Zoom for 20-25 minutes but if you are local it could be in person. I will make arrangements with you depending on schedules.

Note: The price here is for the group classes. Since one-on-ones will vary upon family, payment will be made separately. There is a discount for a 2nd child in your family.

Adult French learners: This is the children’s counterpart to the adult French Foundations Refresh this spring, so if you parents want to get involved, too, I’d love to see you in that Zoom course.

Recordings will be available so you can stay on track if you can’t make a class live.

Extra activities will be provided so you can practice on your own.

You will have access to our Padlet classroom and Circle community where you can continue to connect and grow.

The class will be capped so that this remains a small group, so register now!
